Come and join the Dunedin Scottish Country Dancers on Sunday evenings from 7 to 9 pm. No partner is needed. Just wear soft-soled shoes (sneakers are fine).
Scottish Country Dancing (SCD) is the social form of dancing in Scotland. Scottish Country Dancing is not Highland Dancing, which is more individual with high, showy steps. Participants are grouped into sets, typically 3, 4 or 5 couples arranged in either two lines or a square.
Come and have some fun! No such thing as 2 left feet!
No need to join or register, just come along, you might like it! $5 donation per week.
