We’ve got a great venue for that birthday party, family reunion, baby or wedding shower, wedding reception, music event, celebration of life, or large meeting space! Our hall is conveniently located in Downtown Dunedin across from Caledonia Brewing on the east end of Downtown Dunedin. The Jolley Trolley rides past our hall!
The Main Hall is approximately 55′ x 36′. We can comfortably seat 100 and you will see from some of the below pictures, this hall can be transformed into a beautiful venue to suit your every need.
The Hall is tastefully decorated and our kitchen has a microwave for heating things up as well as a refrigerator available to use for food storage during your event. We are not licensed for cooking on site but your caterer can keep food warm by using suitable heating equipment (trays with sterno, etc).
We have over 150 chairs, (15) 5′ round tables, a few 6′ and 8′ rectangular tables, and (4) 4′ square tables to accommodate your needs.
Rental rates are $150 per hour. We will require a $150 (one hour) deposit to secure your booking. Every booking is to include all set up and clean up time. According to our contract rules, all set up and clean up is done by the renter, so please allow enough time. Our rules are simple, “Leave it the way you find it!” We are very proud of our building, which was designated the City of Dunedin’s first Historic Landmark, and take great care to maintain its cleanliness and structure. Thank you.
Please note that the City of Dunedin has a Noise Ordinance which states that no amplified music can be played after 11:00 pm. All rentals MUST end and be ready to vacate after clean up by Midnight.
